Edit & Continue (EnC) support

Hello! Thanks for your work on sharpdbg so far.

Would it make sense to implement Edit & Continue (EnC) for this debugger? Seems like a very useful feature to me. Makes it possible to change code while an app is running without losing the current state.

Yes I think this would be a good feature!

Looks like there is no standard request for hot reload (microsoft/debug-adapter-protocol#398), so will probably have to be a custom command, and then the remainder of the work is likely SharpIDE side - creating and sending deltas to the debugger.
