…dule * change `Expression(SymbolMakeBoxes, expr, f)` and `Expression(SymbolMakeBoxes, expr, f).evaluate(evaluation)` for `format_element` always it was possible. * Side effect: now Makeboxes works closer to WMA. * Fix some tests.
