Initial EDA and exploratory analysis of missing persons dataset

This PR adds exploratory data analysis scripts and visualizations for the missing persons dataset.

Key contents:

• Age distribution and age vs. year of disappearance analysis
• Nationality breakdown and demographic insights
• Temporal analysis: year of detention, time between detention and assassination
• Spatial analysis: counts by province and place of detention
• Summary of findings in historical context
• Cleaned and prepared data for further analysis

Notes:

• Virtual environment and dependencies are included in requirements.txt
• All visualizations are generated using Python (pandas, plotly, matplotlib)
