Addressing #8166
The ADC keypad code adds a "chirp" and 500ms delay on the next read for every button press. This PR removes the chirp from menu navigation but preserves it for menu actions. For menu navigation the delay is reduced to 300ms in imitation of RepRap Keypad. But possibly no delay is needed at all.
