Description
This configuration implements the Ultimaker community DXU mod for dual extrusion on UMO+ and UM2+. It has been successfully tested.
Benefits
This implements DXU dual extrusion on all Ultimaker printers that are capable of running Marlin 2 (UM2+ and earlier).
DXU is 1 of 2 semi-official Ultimaker community modifications for dual extrusion and has had it's own printer definition bundled with Cura since 2019.
Related Issues
It uses the new mechanical switching option in Marlin #24553 and has been tested to successfully print dual extrusion prints.
