version 8.2.0 breaks formatting and linting

When I install version 8.2.0 then the formatter and linter do not work anymore in VSC.

I use WSL and when I use 7.2.0 I get both linting information and formatter works as expected.

When I upgrade to 8.2.0 it does not give any linting information and formatting also does nothing.

It is most likely because of 8.0 breaking release. The linter / formatter still work but thw IDE plugin robotcode doesnt use it correctly. I have raised PR to address it here robotcodedev/robotcode#571
