Add a new directory structure

Don't create a prompt or trigger a swarm engineer, this seems straightforward enough for you to do it yourself.

Let's set it up so the current codebase extractor is just one project in a larger general "Managing, extracting and preparing data".

data can probably still live at root as it can then be the place we export any kind of data too.

So maybe just add a new directory called code_knowledge with the stuff needed to make this work and a new empty directory called json_genius

Reorganized the project into a monorepo structure:

• Created code_knowledge/ directory and moved all codebase extractor files (src/, tools/, tests/, package.json, etc.)
• Created empty json_genius/ directory with .gitkeep for future project
• Kept data/ at root as shared export directory
• Updated .mcp.json to reference code_knowledge/ and use ../data for shared data dir
• Updated CLAUDE.md with new structure documentation
• Updated README.md with project overview
• Updated .gitignore for new paths
• Updated start-chat.bat for new directory structure

Verified

• ✅ pnpm install works in code_knowledge/
• ✅ pnpm typecheck passes
• ✅ pnpm build succeeds
