A contact form will allow readers to submit feedback or questions directly to the site owner/maintainers. A contact form can also ensure that relevant information about the enquirer can be captured (such as email address, name etc.) if the site owner/maintainers intend to communicate back.

https://web3forms.com/ seems like a suitable third party API to integrate with. Feel free to explore other possible APIs.
We can implement the contact form as a plugin. Users should be able to toggle between a few pre-configured inputs (e.g name, email, phone number, dropdown with custom options, text field and radio buttons).
