#1588 Was already fixed, but I added a test to verify that.
#2619 Added tests which should validate the described problem but I couldn't verify the problem with the tests. With the VSIX project as startup project I could verify that problem. The "problem" is that the unit tests seem to resolve other type information than the e.g. the VISX or consumer projects.
