NOTE: I'm the author of thd3d8mitigation.

Changes proposed in this pull request:

  • Add tool thd3d8mitigation
    • thd3d8mitigation is a tool that allows older Touhou Windows games (such as EoSD) to run correctly on Windows 10/11 with minimal modification.

Tasks:
