要不在获取BOT_TOKEN和CHAT_ID那里就直接说明变量名称吧。有些人可能会像我一样眼瞎可能完全没看到"将3.1.1中获取的BOT_TOKEN和CHAT_ID分别添加到环境变量中，对应环境变量名为TG_BOT_TOKEN和TG_CHAT_ID。"这句话（我是看到下面的toml文件才意识到环境变量名写错的）😂
