`<map is="web-map">`: Highlight accessibility issue or potentially remove/hide related documentation

Although we should not be endorsing the use of <map is="web-map">. I'm in favor of not including it in the web map docs (i.e. removing https://maps4html.org/web-map-doc/docs/maps/web-map, perhaps moving that content elsewhere, such as the experiments repo or here). I think that web page may also be a bit confusing/distracting to developers.

Another (perhaps temporary) option is to keep the resource at https://maps4html.org/web-map-doc/docs/maps/web-map but exclude the <map is="web-map"> link from the Mapping elements menu item in the navigation menu.

I suppose removing the documentation completely is not a good option.

And if hiding the <map is="web-map"> docs is not desired (e.g. don't link from the menu item in the navigation menu, and elsewhere), we should at least add a warning about the accessibility issue with a link to the Chromium bug.

I've added a warning in a68035e, but I'm not sure that's good enough. I still think it may be confusing/distracting to developers having both <mapml-viewer> and <map is="web-map"> in the "Mapping Elements" menu item...

Actually, I'm fine with closing this out in a68035e. If people find it confusing that the docs reference 2 different map elements then they'll hopefully express that and not just leave. 😛
