The maplarge.com/project label was being added twice, breaking Kustomize; though the Kubernetes admission controller handled it without issue.

Instead of adding it on the statefulset, allow the helper function to add it.

{{- include "maplarge.labels" . | nindent 8 }} is the helper function in this case that also adds maplarge.com/project?
