Identity Proof abstraction

After the protocol fix in https://github.com/Manta-Network/manta-rs/pull/324, the `identity_proof` function in the signer has the wrong abstraction (it shouldn't know it will be a `ToPublic` so early, but instead it should pass it some metadata).
