Chest shrinks during chest service in H scene. Caused by specific slider(s)

The girls chest shrinks in H scenes, during chest services when the coordinate is reloaded.

During H scene -> ANY breast service that directly interacts with her chest (girl holds or touches them).
When the coordinate is reloaded by changing the clothing state or set the modifier is applied a 2nd time and shrinks the chest even further.
This only seems to happen when:
In the character editor in the "Chest 2" section. When any of the "Extra Breast Scale" sliders is given a value below 100.

When another animation is started (without any chest interactions) and the coordinate is reloaded once again the chest goes back to normal.
The chest also won't shrink beyond a 2nd time.

I tried disabling all the bone related mods one by one but only this mod seemed to affect it.

I did some more testing. It's a combination with any slider in regular "Chest" section being below 0 along with any "Chest 2" "Extra breat scale" slider being below 100.
