Universeller Runtime installer v9
Neue Features
- Winget will now be installed or updated if necessary to enable installation on newly installed Windows installations
- VC Runtimes will now be downloaded with a separate Dwonloader, and downloads will be checked; if a file is missing, Winget will replace the installation
- New clean up method
- new ending screen
- At the end of the full installation, a SFC scan (system file checker) will run and scan for broken Windows files
- You can now choose if you want to search for updates with Winget or if you want to make a SFC scan like mentioned above
Bugs fixed
- Spelling mistake mentioned in issue #7 has been fixed and the whole text renewed
- Sooo many spelling issues has been fixed and german text has been removed

- .Net Desktop Runtimes have been updated to install .Net 6 and 7
- .Net 7 is not installed in full setup but only .Net 6 because this is the LTS (Long time support) version.
- XNA Framework will now be installed after DirectX.

- If you left the question "if you want to install UWP updates" blank, you would have been kicked back to the Java installation.

Microsoft found it useful to change the winget ID from the Visual Studio runtimes.
