Add a five-minute external MCP client walkthrough #176

Description

@Maneek21

Create a concise, copy-pasteable walkthrough for connecting one supported external MCP client to a self-hosted Deft instance.

Acceptance criteria:

  • start from Settings > MCP Access
  • show the exact URL/auth fields
  • read workspace context and perform one governed write
  • include revoke and receipt verification
  • avoid promising unsupported clients or OAuth modes

    Closing as superseded by the documentation delivered in #330: https://github.com/Maneek21/Deft/blob/1427f66f84d5cb5f5430c566897a17dda77fe5fc/docs/tutorials/first-mcp-connection.md and https://github.com/Maneek21/Deft/blob/1427f66f84d5cb5f5430c566897a17dda77fe5fc/docs/tutorials/mcp-task-example.md cover connection setup, scoped reads/writes, record verification, and revocation. The original governed-write/receipt requirement mixed personal-client and agent-employee authority: personal native MCP writes act as the user and do not automatically enter the agent approval queue. The current identity and action-history distinction is documented in docs/self-hosting.md. This closes the old walkthrough request; it does not claim a fresh live-client certification.
