v5 ESPHome makes the image bigger, undeployable with BT stack now, more an FYI

I previously had BT and BLE on my device, but with v5 of builder rolled out, the image appears to be too large. If anyone gets BT working with the updated ESPHome, please share the secret sauce.

By commenting out the captive portal, I got a good install onto the device with about 72k of heap free. I will have to see if it runs long term in this config.
