'stf share -f ...' with the same filter can run on a few agents at the same time. Each agent will take 1/N part of the whole device set.

This was an interesting feature to implement, but I was out of the project at that point in time. Is this ready for production usage @tseglevskiy ?

I'm happy to merge it since it seems like reasonable automation of preallocating pools of devices. The PR needs to merge latest master though

We have stf-client that uses this exact feature for quite awhile already, and it works without any noticeable problem. I can try to solve merge conflicts if the original author is not following this anymore, since we are also currently exploring a way to take devices and connect with adb in a different steps (trying to dockerize this and also don't do everything in one huge docker image, something like this perhaps for both connect and share) and I am trying to take all the latest changes.
