I proudly downloaded and started using Pemo.ai (it's connected to Memo.ai- which I love) and saw it's amazing potential and usefulness. I loaded a number of documents into the tool for analysis and the more I used it the more I liked it.
Unfortunately - I've suddenly lost access. The authentication codes are gone so effectively I can no longer open the tool and gain access to my work. I would hope to hear back from the developer (it's been 3 weeks) as I have important work that I would like to gain access to. This also makes me question the usability of Memo AI as the developer could simply "turn-off" the tool with all previous transcriptions and notes gone.
If anything know what's happened to the developer and if he is still active that would be great to hear back.
