Open-source Etsy automation tools and Tampermonkey userscripts for sellers. The suite streamlines repetitive Etsy Shop Manager workflows and provides focused tools for Etsy sales and discounts, customer messages, Etsy Ads keywords, listing analysis, and Etsy SEO keyword research.

Listing Analyzer and Keyword & Market Analyzer are independently installable and fully usable on their own. When the user starts the optional market-research action in Listing Analyzer and the companion is missing, the script explains why it is needed and opens the canonical install URL only after the user approves Open install page. Tampermonkey and the user always retain final installation control.
All new pages, panels and visible components in this repository are source-locked. UI work must be adapted from the following approved sources rather than invented ad hoc:
- Makaytron/Tamplate-Back-White-01 — primary application template and canonical source for shell, sidebar, header, cards, forms, tables, spacing and theme structure.
- Makaytron/Toast-01 — mandatory source for toast, snackbar and transient-notification behavior and presentation.
- Applied ShadcnStore dashboard — complete sidebar/header/content composition reference.
- ShadcnStore blocks — approved catalog for application, dashboard, data, form, filter, table, card, alert and empty-state blocks.
Every substantial UI pull request must name the exact repository path or ShadcnStore block used and explain the Makaytron adaptation. Do not invent a new card, sidebar, modal, table, empty state, toolbar, loader, alert or toast when adding a page. If no approved source fits, stop and record a design gap for explicit maintainer approval before implementation.
Userscripts remain framework-free at runtime: approved React/Tailwind patterns are adapted and bundled locally without loading React, Tailwind, Toast-01 or ShadcnStore from the network. Existing behavior, privacy, confirmation and fail-closed contracts always take precedence over visual references.

Approved source IDs and exact locators are locked in DESIGN-SOURCE-REGISTRY.json. Every UI pull request must cite those registered IDs; a bare repository name, generic catalog URL, or “inspired by” description is rejected.
These images capture only standalone panel/modal elements rendered by the real userscript source in a network-blocked synthetic fixture. They contain no Etsy or other site background, browser frame, or real account, shop, customer, or order data.

Selecting a listing does not save a proposal; it only scopes research, AI export, and queue creation. First save a manual proposal from Improvement plan or import validated AI JSON, then select the cards with saved proposals to build the queue. Applying a form and approving Etsy Publish remain per-listing actions; an unverified write is never retried automatically. Read the complete workflow.

GitHub is the canonical source. The five Greasy Fork listings use automatic synchronization from the exact public Raw paths; a release-only GitHub webhook also requests an immediate refresh when a GitHub Release is published. Greasy Fork receives no GitHub token or repository write permission. See DISTRIBUTION.md for the channel map and security model.
- Start Etsy Sale Manager with the one-day user-controlled dry-run checklist, and use the Listing Analyzer dry-run checklist before a listing write.
- In Etsy Sale Manager, Start Series authorizes live writes; the script then clicks each campaign's final Etsy submit button automatically.
- Read every generated message and review the selected recipients before starting Message Assistant automation. Every new campaign requires an explicit Start Otopilot opt-in; selection and the legacy/global auto-send setting are not authority, especially for review requests. Otopilot processes one recipient at a time, advances only after durable state plus outgoing-bubble verification, and stops without automatic resend on a pending, suspicious, or mismatched result. Use Pause/Stop, and live-validate only with one controlled recipient under the Message Assistant checklist.
- Ads Keyword Manager's Disable/Enable matches on this page actions change visible Etsy controls. Disable matches on all pages requires explicit confirmation; manually verify the result in Etsy Ads.
- Listing Analyzer Health Engine analysis is decision support based only on scope-verified visible Etsy metrics and local history in the browser. Exact rolling trends require exact counters and a non-overlapping 30–31-day anchor inside the current active-state epoch; explicit seasonality/product type segments peers; cohorts exclude the target, require eight peers, and ramp through 30. Evidence readiness is heuristic, not a probability. Experiment signals use 95% exact conditional Poisson intervals, no fabricated zero-to-positive percentage, matched real 30-day sales windows, and a seven-day snapshot grace period. None of these results claim causation or an Etsy-wide benchmark; listing improvements, deactivation, and other bulk writes require explicit user selection and confirmation.
- Listing Analyzer
v1.2.3has no AI network integration: it exports an anonymizable request JSON/prompt and atomically imports validated proposal JSON only while every referenced listing still matches its exact exported content, analysis payload, saved proposal, and verified-deactivation state. Every listing waits for user confirmation before Etsy Publish or deactivation. After a per-listing deactivation confirmation, the script recomputes all current safety gates before navigation and immediately before the final click, selects only Etsy's exact Deactivate controls, and advances only after a visibleActive → Inactivetransition. That transition invalidates affected same-shop active/inactive collections and requires a new full scan. Active action queues and all-page scans are mutually exclusive across tabs; stop-only recovery for legacy overlap also blocks the overlapping scan when the Etsy result is unverified. Delete is never selected; stale/legacy review items cannot auto-click, and an unverified submission is never retried automatically. - Keyword & Market Analyzer reads only rendered keyword, search, search-result, and trend data on the open Marketplace Insights page. After the user starts research, each seed keyword is sent to Etsy as the
queryin normal Marketplace Insights search navigation and may consume Etsy research quota/query cost. Its “opportunity” value is a Makaytron-derived signal, not an Etsy competition or sales guarantee. Research never changes a listing automatically. - When both analyzers are installed, title, tags, an anonymous local reference, and a content hash travel in a versioned, expiring browser message. Expired, replayed, or stale results are rejected; Listing Analyzer derives its suggestion locally from the evidence and still requires user review.
- Do not put API keys, cookies, customer/order data, shop/listing identifiers, or advertising metrics in issues or screenshots.
- Message Assistant stays closed by default, but automatic translation preview is enabled. Visiting an individual conversation can send up to the latest 40 customer and seller messages to the selected provider even while the panel is closed and show role-labelled, visually distinct translations in the selected display language below their source bubbles. Shared AI/translate/verified-send controls beside Etsy's composer work without opening the panel. Disable automatic preview before opening a conversation if you do not want that transfer; opening the panel on a conversation list can still translate up to 50 visible previews.
- Message Assistant AI or translation features send relevant text to the third-party provider selected by the user.
- Privacy-preserving, pseudonymous usage telemetry is on by default with a visible first-use notice and a one-click Settings opt-out that requests server-side deletion. It records only limited daily open, successful-use, and categorized error signals—never raw errors, Etsy content, or account data.
