[Change Request] Weather: Fix inconsistency between hourly and forecast UIs

What problem do you want to solve with this change?

The UI for the hourly forecast and the daily forecast presents information in different orders.

Hourly forecast: Time, condition, temperature, UV Index, humidity, precipitation amount, precipitation probability
Daily forecast: Day, condition, high/low temperature, precipitation amount, precipitation probability, UV Index

What do you think is the correct solution?

Adjust the order of the information as follows:

Hourly: Keep the same
Daily: Day, condition, low/high temperature (#4116), UV Index, precipitation amount, precipitation probability

I can't confirm for sure ATM, but I believe that would be the solution. Therefore, my request would be for the default njk files to be updated.

Thanks. I like posting issues before I make a merge request. That way, I can get feedback in case someone has a good reason not to do it that I didn't see before (or the main contributors don't think that it aligns with the vision of the project). Or someone has an idea of a better implementation.
