Suggestion: Open Folders

I love MacDown because it doesn't try to do much and make a complete pig's ear of everything.

One feature I'd love is to be able to drop a folder onto MacDown and have all the files open, ideally with a sort of sidebar with (only) the .md files listed at. the side, so I can jump from file to file.
