Idea: Tracking dart

As an extension of #1263 of some sort, in order to make scout more scout-ish, how about adding an underbarrel/standalone dart gun, that will mark the enemy for the rest of the team for a few seconds? That might be OP, but also way cooler than using regular markers, isn't it?
