Eagle Dive Logic Broken #323

In eagle_base.script, the dive logic even has comments to indicate it is broken. The dive loop seems like it could possibly even call more instances of the dive_dmg_loop before the script even finishes.

None of the logic seems like it would work as intended for an eagle to dive, do damage during the dive, then stop diving, especially considering they collide with the player and that logic is not accounted for.
