[BUG] File attachment dialog appears twice

Bug Description

After adding an attachment to a chat, the file selection dialog opens a second time.

Deployment Type

• SurfSense Cloud (hosted version)
• Self-hosted version

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to any chat or "New Chat"
2. Click on the plus icon
3. Click on "Add Attachment"
4. Upload a file or click cancel

Expected Behavior

You are returned to the chat without a dialog (with or without a file uploading).

Actual Behavior

The File Selection dialog opens a second time.

Additional Context

Ensure that a fix does not affect the file selection dialog for "Upload Documents" (as this one behaves correctly, opening only once).
