Screen the 11 OpenRouter models the sweep left unresolved #2222

The OpenRouter screening sweep of 7–8 Oct 2026 left 11 models unresolved after their providers kept rate-limiting them, so they have no row in capabilities.json and show as "Not tested". They are under unfinished in scripts/capability_list/sweep/runs/2026-10-07-screen/sweep-results.json.

Done when: they are screened (see the sweep section of docs/proposals/file-agent/07-dev-setup.md), their rows are added with catalog_rows.py, and the counts in docs/architecture/model-capabilities.md match.
