Flight Systems Redux v4.0.0 alpha 1

For KSP 1.1 pre-release

This release includes an alpha version of the Yarbrough Mk. 1-1 A2 IVA, along with version 3.0 of the FASA Gemini IVA. Please refer to the README included in the zip file or on GitHub for requirements to use these IVAs.

This release should work with KSP 1.0.5 (using the RPM v0.24.2 and other KSP 1.0.5-compatible plugins), but it has not been tested in that configuration.

KNOWN ISSUES:

• IVA prop rework is not 100% complete.
• MOARdV Flight Systems Manager MFD is mostly non-functional (that's why there are basic RPM MFDs).

• Near-final Command Pilot panel layout.
• Pilot panel now has controls for managing orbits: change Ap / Pe, circularize at altitude, set launch altitude and inclination, plot Hohmann transfer (all features require MechJeb).
