Issue in the Neo CI with dhn_med_py

Problem Description

We were trying to use dhn_med_py > 2.0 in the Neo CI recently and were getting the following errors. This is the repo that the PyPI brings me to so I figured I would post it here for your records. If I limit to < 2.0 then our CI works fine.

Hi Zach, yes I know about this. The API has changed. I can help rewrite the codes in python Neo but I still want to make a couple of changes to the wrapper so maybe just limit it to < 2.0 for now and I will get back to you once the library is ready. The API should not change from now on though.
