- refactored organization of docs folder to clean it up for expansion - added multiple installation guides for recent Ubuntu versions

I plan to add more documentation updates, but I wanted to get the installation instructions updated on Ubuntu Linux that some folks had asked me about. The display of the tutorials/examples is also grouped by discipline in this update, which helps makes it a bit clearer.
