Description

I have added nifti2png, which renders a 2D slice from a 3D NIFTI image.

Changes Made

Added open_dive.viz.plot_nifti(), the Python function for plotting a 2D slice
Added entrypoint open_dive.scripts.nifti2png() for CLI as nifti2png

Testing

I tested the plot with Dipy's stanford_hardi T1 and compared to what I expect from FSLeyes:

I have performed a self-review of my code.
I have updated documentation and added docstrings as needed.
