RESTWebServiceJava

Rest Web Service applying Spring MVC project. A "Hello World" Project for now... Using STS v.3.9.4.RELEASE.

Configuration:

Java JDK Version 1.8.
Tomcat Version 7.

Tomcat Configuration:

In server options, Select: `Publish Module contexts to separate XML Files` and the jsp index Page Runs!.
