HealthKit Entitlement Build Error

When building if you get the following error

No matching provisioning profiles found: 
None of the valid provisioning profiles allowed the specified entitlement: 
com.apple.developer.healthkit.

The Fix:

Select the Project root from the Project Navigator
Select the app target from the Targets list
Select the Capabilities tab
Scroll to HealthKit and flip the switch off, then on again.
