[Feature Request]: UI, Fonts Resolution Improvement

Feature Summary:

I'm using traditional chinese and I'm not sure if this occurs to other languages. The resolution of the fonts in 2D UI seems to be lower? Edges of letters in menu and dialogues look little blurry. I'm running on 4K resolution, 60FPS.
Besides, transition in startup from 'PRESS ANY BUTTON' to 'LOAD GAME' seems unsmooth, does this happen to the others?
