MemSTATS benchmark (20 May 2019), results and tests

The primary change in this update is the re-naming of the BioJava method to QuatSymm and the inclusion of tests for correctly processing output and benchmarking selected symmetry-detection algorithms.
The MemSTATS dataset and benchmarking results are unchanged from the previous release.

In addition to formatting updates of the MemSTATS benchmark and PDB files, the upload includes code for benchmarking a few well-known symmetry-detection algorithms against MemSTATS and the benchmarking results. The raw files produced by the symmetry-detection algorithms can be found at https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.3228540.

Includes formatted PDB files, an Excel workbook with quaternary and internal symmetry descriptions of membrane protein structures with unique folds, and references.
