   Are you using Kickstart? For some reason, Nvim is indexing the entire plugin directory by default.

   Try to create a minimal .luarc.json file in the root directory of your project with something like this:

   {
     "runtime.version": "Lua 5.1", -- or whatever version you are using 
     "workspace.checkThirdParty": false,
     "workspace.library": []
   }
   

   This should relieve the load on your LSP.
