Add an option to skip "Workspace loading X/Y" completion item #1705

Expected Behaviour
The loading indicator popping for any word in the completion options "Workspace loading X/Y" is annoying. There are other ways to indicate the status of the LSP server other than completion suggestions.
It would be nice to have this configurable.
Actual Behaviour
Displays "Workspace loading X/Y" for any completed word before the workspace loads.
Reproduction steps
- Open a big project
- Start typing
- See the completion option
