Add sync error condition integration tests #293

Added two new integration tests in `database/tests/integration_sync_test.rs`: - `test_sync_error_server_down`: Verifies client behavior when the server is unreachable. - `test_sync_error_malformed_data`: Verifies client behavior when the server returns invalid JSON. Also fixed missing `media_file_similarity` handling in `database/src/sync/chunking.rs` to allow full sync cycle to pass.

Implemented integration tests for synchronization error conditions as requested. The tests cover server downtime and malformed data scenarios. Also fixed a missing table handler in the sync chunking logic.
