- Fixes a critical issue (Reservoir value should be attributed to the pump's clock #49, Removing the Watch Glance in preparation for watchOS 3 #51) where x23 pumps whose time offset has drifted with respect to the phone may ignore larger doses (e.g. boluses)
- Removes the Watch App Glance in preparation for watchOS 3
Change the conditions on which we'll poll for reservoir before a bolus. Fixes #49
Use the pump's clock when recording reservoir volume.
