* using the common element colours * fixed unit tests * moved colour palette to loop * added fresh colour and refactored loop colours * reverting the loop fresh colour * only 1 loop fresh colour * making the derived assets available for both loop and the status extension * Color pulls directly from the color asset and only reference UIColor when needed * missing correction from merge * updated the watch colours * moved the bluetooth disabled icon to Loop * always allow the display of the CGM device status highlight and lifecycle progress in the widget * device status highlight image comes from Loop. so move the extension there
