- Removed OG solarized: not compatible with truecolor terminals; replaced by solarized8 that works well in all modes. - Added a selection of other theme with nice colors, and of nice colorless themes. The monotone theme is a bit buggy, but I submitted a patch to fix it [1]. [1]: Lokaltog/vim-monotone#16

Calling
:colorscheme monotoneseveral times doesn't always do the same thing, which is surprising.As implemented, the load guard prevents the user from switching to another color scheme and back, or from reloading monotone.
This PR updates the load guard to reapply the color scheme even if it has already been previously loaded.
