Add cuda dependency for Homebrew on Linux.

Modularizes the build process in sunshine.rb by splitting environment setup, CMake argument construction, and platform-specific installation into separate methods. Updates documentation and Boost options, makes Doxygen a recommended build dependency, and improves conditional dependency handling for docs and CUDA. This refactor enhances maintainability and clarity of the formula.
