Fixed Shadergraph Unlit Custom Shadows (Unity-Technologies#3551)

* Changing BuildVaryings shadowCoord only included if actually property is present. Also added preprocessor so now it is only added in lit if the actual keyword is there, before it was always defined

* Fix for lit shader

* Adding test 146_Unlit_Custom_Shadows

* Adding references for test 146_Unlit_Custom_Shadows

* Adding changelog entry

* Adding test 146 into editor build settings

* Cleanup

* Removing spaces as formatter not allowing it
