Two-Factor Authentication

idk if this'd go here or on the main refresh repo, but i think that like lighthouse, refresh should have an option to set 2 factor authentication using google's authenticator app for security

There was an issue somewhere on the Refresh repo for this, but since this spans both the server and the website, I think it's fine to track here aswell. Also Lighthouse doesn't nessesarily require Google's auth app, and neither should we I think.

you get what i mean, the 6 number code thing - not sure if it was google proprietary or not
