[Bug]: ll.listPlugins()仅能列出当前引擎的插件，未能正确列出所有插件

在nodejs引擎使用ll.listPlugins只能列出nodejs引擎的插件
在quickjs引擎使用只能列出qjs的插件
无法像ll2那样列出所有插件
