…realtime did not make it (until now). This commit removes this check, I don't think that it's needed since it still looks for PREEMPT_RT from uname.

PREEMPT_RT is mainline since Linux 6.12, the indicator /sys/kernel/realtime didn't make it (until now).
This commit removes this check, I don't think that it's needed since it still looks for PREEMPT_RT from uname.
