This PR adds a example showing how to begin SSL websockets when using a TLS/SSL certificate for server validation. It uses
wss://echo.websocket.org/as endpoint to have a readily available TLS server with a known certificate.This example is mostly based on the one in examples/esp8266/WebSocketClientSSL
