[BUG] Sequence Contains No Matching Element

Describe the bug
Throwing an exception when trying to run the tool irrespective of the number of topics selected. All of your other tools from XRM toolbox working just fine. Have uninstalled and re-installed this tool, no luck.

1. Run the tool from XRM Toolbox

Expected behaviour
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Hey @Bronnieanthony thanks for reaching out, could you send me a screenshot of the Bot? Redact anything that might be sensitive. I think there is an action that I am not aware of.

Sure thing, it's a pretty simple one. There's only three topics so far, and two of the topics call a Power Automate flow.

n.b the only part missed of the second screenshot is a message card that displays the variable returned from the flow.
