Installation

Dear Rob,

I am having problems with the installation of Camoco.
I use the following command:

$ pip install numpy
$ git clone https://github.com/LinkageIO/Camoco.git
$ cd Camoco
$ python setup.py install

but I get this error:

$ error: pandas 0.23.4 is installed but pandas>=0.25 is required by {'statsmodels'}

I checked my pandas version with pip list, and I get pandas 1.4.0. So I don't understand why I can not install it.

I didn't could installed with pip camoco neither, please can you help me with this?

(I am using xubuntu 20, with python 3.8.10)

After spending some time I have successfully built camoco in a separate conda environment. It was not trivial. Please see my gist:
