This issue tracks the ongoing work for the grate/3i. Detailed tasks and discussions will be documented in the corresponding sub-issues.

Current TODOs include:

Feature support

• Add cp_handler_table support in glibc
• Add “match-all” functionality in 3i
• Add harsh_cage_exit support in lind-wasm execution flow

register_handler optimization

• Improve integration with glibc
• Handle behavior during fork()

Refactor glibc MAKE_SYSCALL interface

• Rename and add make_syscall API

Performance testing

• Evaluate overhead and call latency between cages/grates

Do we need to add an issue for fleshing out harsh_cage_exit?

labeled #505 and #511 as low-priority. These are nice to have but not blocking anything.

#504 and #506 should be one line changes but we may want to wait on lind-boot. #507 is blocked on lind-boot, but is only slightly more complex once that is fixed.

#509 may be tedious / finicky, but shouldn't be hard.

#508 is the most interesting but is also the most work.
